The Skin Editor as of 25 September, 2015.
The skin editor is a new feature introduced in Plazma Burst 2.5/3. It allows players to recolor body parts, draw over new basic shapes, and replace body parts with their own designs, to create their own custom Characters.[1]

Features

  • Individual body parts can have their base colors, glow colors, and blood colors changed.
    • Unlike the Plazma Burst 2 level editor, a greater amount of joints can be colored separately, IE, the calf can now be a different color from the foot.
  • Shapes can be drawn over the character for greater detail.
  • The character's voice, and armor type ("Is robot") can be changed using this feature.
  • Preset colors can still be used a la Plazma Burst 2, but custom colors can now be picked by either entering a HEX code, or using the built-in color picker.
    • The color picker can gather similar, "rainbow" or random colors, preset colors ("Samples") also appear to be chosen in this manner.
  • Custom .svg files can be imported for more potential variety, after importing, this object can then be offset, rotated, and scaled within the editor.

The skin editor will most likely be included in the game itself, rather than on-site[2].
